Thanks for the amazing product and service. Here's the update I promised you and to answer your question, yes you may use my name on your website, but please rather don't list my location, I would prefer some amount of anonymity, but I'm still happy to help other people with my experiences:

Today is the 20th day of treating hemorrhoids with your Hems Dx product. Today is also the last day of my hemorrhoid treatment :) I just can't believe how fast your product worked.

I've tried all sorts of suppositories, pills, over the counter creams, diets, everything, nothing had helped. Your hemorrhoid treatment has done what I never imagined possible, it got rid of hemorrhoids for me.

I am very impressed with everything to do with your company. Of course your product is fantastic, service is friendly Tim in particular was very happy to answer any questions I have had, shipment was prompt and discreet and I do like the ease of use of your website as I tend to struggle purchasing online and usually go to my ten year olds for help :) This was obviously not something I wanted to my kids to know about, so I was most pleased at the easy order process and customer service.
